Festival of Pentecost Studies
Pentecost is a well-known Christian festival which commemorates the receipt of the Holy Spirit and the start of the Church as the Spiritual Body of Jesus Christ. What is less well known is that this day was also known as the Feast of Weeks and was commanded by God to be kept 7 weeks after the Passover and Unleavened Bread Festivals and was a celebration of the end of the grain harvest. These studies are designed to enhance our understanding of both the original intent and meaning of this time as well as the New Testament intent of what this Day pictures.
