The Spirit World
The Spirit World can best be likened to another dimension - apart from the 3 dimensional world we live in. It is populated by creatures which in some ways bear striking resemblances to physical creatures we are used to and in other ways are quite different. Two of the main groups of beings inhabiting this other plane of existence are angels, which look just like us and are God's messengers, and demons which are fallen angels confined to this earth under the authority of their master Satan - the adversary or devil. While this world is real and exists, we are not to become worried or anxious about creatures inhabiting this other plane as God has put clear boundaries within which they can act. He also gives us clear direction in Scripture not to seek them out or invite them into our lives. These studies are designed to give a more comprehensive look at some aspects of this invisible yet very real world.
